Notes

1. Absolute path names should be used.
2. If the configuration file are resident on a remote disk, a full UNC path name is usually required.

Description

X! TANDEM output can be used by Skyline, an MRM utility software suite. The value used for this field is used by Skyline to identify the original input data file, so that it can match the identifications in the output to the original spectra for MRM transition predictions.
