Syntax

The value of this parameter is an floating point number, in the range 0 - 1.

Notes

  1. No error message is generated by an invalid value for this parameter.
  2. The default value for this parameter is 0.01

Description

When spectrum, use dynamic parent ion selection is set to yes, this parameter is used to set the acceptable background level used in deterimining the parent ion mass tolerance.
