refine, unanticipated cleavage

Syntax

The parameter can have the values yes or no.

Notes

  1. No error message is generated when an uninterpretable value is entered for this parameter.
  2. If no value is set, the default value is no.

Description

As the second step in the refinement process, the sequences selected for refinement are modelled using the cleavage conditions [X]|[X], with the number of missed cleavages set to 50. When the value of the parameter is yes, then this step is performed. Otherwise, this step is not carried out.
